Rotabee Terms of Use

Rotabee is offered by Ataberk Büyükgöksel, a sole proprietor trading as ELDA. These terms cover your use of the Rotabee app. The Apple App Store or Google Play may also apply its own terms to your store account, order, payment and refund request.

The store used for your purchase shows the seller, final local price and order conditions as part of its checkout. Those order details and mandatory consumer law take precedence where they differ from a general description on this page.

Rotabee is sold as a one-time paid download. A completed purchase gives access to the features included in the purchased app version. There is no recurring fee, subscription or in-app purchase. The final price, currency, taxes and payment method are shown by the store before you confirm the order; storefront prices may vary by country.

Apple or Google may process payment and provide the purchase and refund flow for its store. Start a store-order or refund request with the store where you bought the app. This does not take away any mandatory rights you may have against the legally responsible seller.

A statutory withdrawal right for digital content can expire when supply begins only where all conditions required by applicable law are met, including any required express consent and acknowledgement. Any required notice is presented in the purchase flow. For Germany, see section 356(6) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

After a valid purchase, ELDA grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use Rotabee for your own purposes on devices permitted by the store account used for the purchase. The store's platform terms also apply to installation and account access.

You may not sell, rent, redistribute or commercially exploit the app, or modify or reverse engineer it, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded.

Rotabee is a personal shift-planning and record-keeping tool. It can estimate work time, earnings, tax-related amounts and leave from the profile and schedule you enter. These figures are estimates, not a payslip, tax assessment, invoice or statement of what an employer owes you.

Employment contracts, payroll rules, tax situations and collective agreements vary. Check important figures with your employer or a qualified adviser. Rotabee does not provide tax, legal, financial or employment advice.

The app stores its working records on your device and does not provide an ELDA account or cloud-sync service. Internet access may still be needed for a store download or update, or if you choose to share or back up a file with another provider.

ELDA will make updates available as required to keep the digital product in conformity for the period required by mandatory law. Other feature or maintenance updates may also be released. An update may require a compatible operating-system version and enough free storage.

Rotabee is designed for the device and operating-system requirements shown in the relevant store listing. A later change to a device or operating system can affect compatibility. No cloud service or continuous online access is included with the one-time download.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights. Where German law applies, statutory rights for digital products under sections 327 et seq. BGB remain in force. The available remedy depends on the purchase and the circumstances; contact the seller identified for your order or write to ELDA using the details below.

These terms do not replace the purchase confirmation or any consumer information provided by the store at checkout.

Your calendar, notes and pay profile are stored in the app's private storage on your device. You control any export or backup destination you choose. See the separate Rotabee Privacy Policy for details about local storage, exports and deletion.

Rotabee and its app materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. The purchase gives you the right to use the app described above; it does not transfer ownership of the app or its underlying materials.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where mandatory law does not allow a contractual limitation, the statutory rules apply.

German law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the country where you usually live. This choice does not deprive you of protections that cannot be waived by agreement.
