Rotabee Privacy

The controller is Ataberk Büyükgöksel, a sole proprietor trading as ELDA.

Rotabee stores the details you enter—shift patterns, dates and times, notes, recorded work, salary and tax settings, leave balances, employment start date and preferences—in the app’s private storage on your device. It uses this information locally to show your calendar and create earnings or leave estimates.

ELDA does not operate a Rotabee account or calendar server and does not receive or keep a server copy of these details.

The app uses information on your device only to provide the planning, calendar and estimation functions you choose. To the extent the GDPR applies to ELDA’s processing in providing these app functions, the processing is necessary to provide the app service you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The release configuration described here does not send your calendar, notes or pay profile to ELDA. Rotabee has no login, cloud-sync server, advertising or analytics SDK. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone.

Crash reporting is disabled in the current release configuration: no Sentry endpoint is configured, so this version sends no crash reports.

A later build could enable optional reporting only if it is configured and you switch it on in the app. If enabled, error details, stack traces and basic technical app or device context may be sent to Sentry. Screenshots, breadcrumbs, automatic performance tracing and automatic session tracking are disabled; shift, note and pay records are not intentionally attached. This policy and the store privacy disclosure will be updated before any change to the current setup.

When you request an export or backup, Rotabee creates a PDF, Excel workbook or backup file on your device and opens the system share sheet. A plan export contains the selected shift names, dates and times. A backup can contain calendar, notes and salary information.

Rotabee does not upload these files automatically. If you choose Google Drive, iCloud Drive or another destination, that provider receives the file and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy; an internet connection may be required. ELDA cannot remove copies stored with a provider or in a place you selected.

Rotabee is distributed as a one-time paid download. It has no subscription, in-app purchase or purchase SDK. Apple or Google processes the transaction and may keep purchase records under its own policies. ELDA does not receive your payment-card details or store purchase history.

When you open a website or other external link, that destination handles the resulting connection under its own privacy policy.

Your app data stays on the device until you delete it. In Rotabee, use Settings → Delete all my data to clear the app’s records. Android automatic cloud backup is disabled for Rotabee. Device or operating-system backups on other platforms follow the settings you choose with the platform provider.

Uninstalling the app normally removes its private app data, but it does not delete exported files or copies kept in a device backup or a destination you chose. Remove those separately. ELDA has no server copy to erase.

You can view, correct, export or delete information in the app. Because ELDA does not receive your calendar or pay profile, we cannot retrieve or erase a copy that we do not hold. For questions or a request concerning information ELDA may hold, contact us using the details below.

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or receive your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR).

This policy describes the release configuration stated above. If Rotabee’s data practices change, ELDA will update this page and the relevant store privacy disclosures. The current version will remain available at the privacy link shown in Rotabee.
