Rotabee Terms of Use

Rotabee is a personal shift-planning and record-keeping tool. The download, core records, calculations, complete history, manual leave planning, CSV/ICS export and full local backup/restore are free and unlimited. Eligible Free users may see contextual banner/native ads in the calendar and other app screens, as described in the privacy notice. Refusing optional advertising consent does not remove core features.

Rotabee Pro is an optional non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase. The German base price is EUR 1.99; Apple or Google shows the actual local price and applicable taxes at checkout. There is no recurring subscription. Pro includes ad-free use, advanced analysis, additional job profiles, professional PDF/Excel reports, smart vacation planning and on-device payslip recognition.

After a valid purchase, permanent Pro access is available on permitted devices using the same store account, subject to store refund/revocation rules and mandatory consumer rights. Purchases from different stores do not automatically transfer between Google and Apple accounts. Existing paid rights are preserved; contact support if an eligible purchase does not restore.

New purchases and restore require connectivity and successful store verification. Use Settings → Rotabee Pro → Restore purchases. After verification and secure storage, lifetime Pro works offline. An outage does not revoke a valid cached right. A confirmed refund can remove Pro after the next successful online check; core records and history remain accessible.

Apple or Google handles payment, cancellation/withdrawal and refund requests under the applicable store terms. On Apple platforms, Apple's applicable standard end-user licence agreement also applies. No clause limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Results depend on your entries, workplace, hours, premiums and tax/insurance profile. German payroll estimates currently implement 2026 rules. They are estimates, not an employer payslip, binding tax assessment or individualized legal/tax advice. Verify important figures with your employer or a qualified adviser. OCR can misread documents: review values before saving. A payslip difference does not by itself prove a permanent contractual raise.

Working records are local. Make separate backups and protect them. Backup files may contain readable salary and document data and are not encrypted. Rotabee does not promise automatic cloud synchronization or online work-data backup. A share provider may need internet. Uninstalling or deleting app data does not remove exported copies. ELDA provides updates required by mandatory law; optional features may change. Supported operating systems are stated in the store listing. App intellectual property is protected subject to statutory exceptions. German law applies subject to mandatory protections in the consumer's country of residence.
